Dr. Kamal Nayan Sharma

Dr. Sharma was born and raised in Sawai Madhopur district of Rajasthan, India in 1986. He did M.Sc. (2008) in Chemistry from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur and Ph.D. (2015) in Inorganic Chemistry from the Department of Chemistry, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, under the supervision of Prof. Ajai Kumar Singh. He worked on an interdisciplinary research field involving Inorganic Chemistry, Organometallics, Catalysis and Nanomaterial Synthesis on the thesis entitled "Chalcogenated N-Heterocycles based Ligands in Catalytic Activation and Nanoparticles Synthesis". He received a startup research grant from SERB, New Delhi which he excecuted as Principal Investigator at Dr. Raj Kumar Joshi's laboratory, in MNIT Jaipur. Presently, he is working as an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at Amity University Haryana, Gurugram.
